Please send the remittance advice to contact@dent-hub.co.uk Payment is to be made in the next 30 days from the date of this invoice. (For first orders or new customers products will only be shipped if paid in advance). The customer will be responsible for the damage of the products through postage unless instructed insurance of the products for postage purposes will not be done by Dent Hub Ltd. If the payment is not received in 30 days, Dent Hub reserves the right to involve Debt Collection services. Dent Hub ltd will not be responsible for the failure if the recommended components are not used. Dent Hub Ltd will entertain the order requests made by dental laboratories on the client’s behalf until instructed otherwise.
Dent Hub Ltd will not be responsible for ordering wrong components and once opened the products cannot be returned. Dent Hub Ltd will contact you for marketing, sales, and deals, please email us on contact@dent-hub.co.uk if you wish not to receive the marketing & promotional emails. For data protection purposes, please do not mention the patient details while ordering, patient numbers or initials through which the patient is not recognizable should be used.


This invoice is only valid for one week, after one week the prices may vary. The components can only be exchanged in 30 days of the order only if they are unopened, the components cannot be
returned.

Dr Kashif Hafeez

Dr Kashif Hafeez was honoured by Membership and Fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and has been honored with Fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He has completed his post graduate certificate in Medical and Dental education from Oxford Brookes University. He has special interest in Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology and has been acting as visiting Implantologist at various practices in England. He has been a post graduate Dental Foundation trainer for Oxford Deanery from 2010 to 2015 and due to his passion for quality in education he has been appointed as Examiner for Royal College of Surgeons Ireland & Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He has taught at the M-Clindent programme, City of London Dental School, BPP University UK and lectures internationally on Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology, runs Dental Implantology courses in UK, Mexico, Gulf, Egypt & Pakistan. He is a visiting Professor in Oral Surgery at Fatima Jinnah Dental College Karachi Pakistan in addition, he serves as a Scientific Adviser Makkah International Dental Conferences. He has been presenting his scientific work & research at prominent international dental conferences. He serves as an adviser & expert for General Dental Council UK. He was awarded as the Best Dentist by APPS UK in 2013. He is an Examiner and Assessor in Oral Surgery for University of Health Sciences and College of Physicians & Surgeons, Pakistan. Dr Hafeez is course tutor for Minor Oral Surgery courses at LonDec, Kings College Dental Education Centre and runs courses/study days for Health Education England. He has recently been honored as a Fellow Faculty of Dental Trainers by Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He has recently completed his post graduate Certificate in Mentoring, Leadership & Coaching from CMI &Dental coaching Academy, UK.
